The management of Dekon Sdn Bhd and all our employees are committed to providing quality construction services and products that would meet the requirements of our valued customers, stakeholders and the relevant statutory bodies. We exercise this commitment by:

  • effectively implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of the MS ISO 9001:2000 standard.
  • developing, promoting and maintaining an organizational culture that is customer driven and which fosters continual improvement.
  • exhibiting a high standard of personal integrity and proffesionalism in the execution of our daily duties and responsibilities.
  • implementing every construction activity with total commitment and involvement that would meet and exceed our customer expectations.
  • providing adequate training to all our employees to enhance our effectiveness of execution of work.
  • ensuring that our construction services are provided by doing them right the first time, meeting the requirements of the specifications and those imposed by our customers.

The Quality Assurance Manager who is also the Quality Management Representative (QMR) has full authority and final responsibility for ensuring that all our organizational activities conform to the Quality Management System. Top Management will periodically review the performance of the Quality Management System to ensure its effectiveness and its suitability for use by the organization.
